Captain Jon Cave is a professional guide with over 15 years experience in saltwater flats fishing. He is the founder of the oldest fly-fishing school in Florida at Seminole Community College, co-founder of the Florida Backcountry Fly-fishing Association, and an executive board member of the Florida Conservation Association. An outdoor writer and photographer, Capt. Jon has been featured in Fishing World, Field & Stream, Florida Sportsman, Florida Magazine, and Woods and Waters magazines. In addition to being a USCG certified captain, he is an International Game Fish Association World Record holder, a lecturer on fly-fishing and tying, and holds a Master of Science degree in Natural Resources, specializing in Fisheries Management. Captain Kent Gibbens is a lifelong resident of the East Central Florida area and has gathered an impressive array of International Game Fish Association World Record fish in a variety of line weight classes throughout the years. Capt. Kent also holds a Master's Degree in Education, and has taught and lectured on sport fishing throughout Florida. He has been a featured speaker at the Saltwater Sportsman Fishing Shows and has made numerous P.B.S. television appearances.
